FAQs

  • We offer three fully equipped self-catering units: a spacious farmhouse that sleeps up to 11 guests, and two smaller cottages ideal for couples or small families. Each unit has a private entrance, comfortable beds, a private bathroom, kitchen, patio, and dedicated braai facilities.

  • Each unit is fitted with a fully equipped kitchen (including fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, sandwich toaster, and coffee press), all necessary cutlery and cookware, fresh rainwater, linen and towels, and private braai areas. A starter pack of firewood is included; extra can be arranged on-site. Backup gas cookers and lamps are available in case of power outages.

  • Smoking indoors is not permitted. Due to the presence of freely roaming livestock, pets are not allowed on the property. We also ask guests to respect the tranquility of the area, especially at night.

  • Wi-Fi is available at the Farmhouse. Mobile reception is limited to intermittent Vodacom coverage, and data speeds may be slow due to the remote location. We recommend downloading any necessary directions or documents in advance.

  • Aloevale is located about 34.6 km from Klipplaat and is accessed via a gravel road. Road conditions can change depending on the weather, so we encourage guests to contact us before arrival for an update. Ample secure parking is available on-site.
